Code for Ethics
The Board of Directors of Diachem S.p.A. has approved the Code of Ethics and Conduct to complete and as an integral part of the Organization, Management and Control Model.
This Code of Ethics and Conduct is addressed to directors, employees, collaborators and stakeholders; establishing the principles and the main lines of conduct to be followed.
In particular, the Code of Ethics and Conduct outlines the principles to be observed in terms of human resource management, business relations, competition, health, safety and the environment. The provisions of the Code of Ethics and Conduct also complement the contractual obligations assumed by the recipients, the breach of which constitutes breach with consequent termination of the contract and possible compensation for damages.
