These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Diachem S.p.A., with registered office in Via Mozzanica, 9/11, Caravaggio (BG), and the Customer, natural or legal person, who purchases the products or services offered. The GTC are an integral and substantial part of any sales contract concluded between the parties and prevail over any other condition not expressly accepted by Diachem S.p.A. in writing.

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GCP) govern the contractual relationship between Diachem S.p.A., with registered office in Via Mozzanica, 9/11, Caravaggio (BG), as purchaser, and its suppliers. The GCP apply to all purchases made by Diachem S.p.A., unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the parties.
