The D.Lgs. 8 June 2001 n.231 provided for the administrative responsibility of entities for certain crimes committed or attempted for the benefit of the institution, excluding this responsibility if the company itself has effectively adopted and implemented, before the commission of crimes, an organisational model of management and control appropriate to prevent the offences themselves.
\nDiachem has adopted its Organization, Management and Control Model ex. D.Lgs. 231\/01.In order to supervise the functioning and observance of the model, a Supervisory Body has been appointed with the functions of verifying and controlling the activity of Diachem.<\/p>\n
